Designing Today
For A Better Tomorrow

A centrifugal pump is belt driven by a 24 hp Honda engine during high velocity flushing.  A cam locking engaging lever allows for unloaded engine start-up and simple pump control.  A separate pressure boosting piston pump is used to pressure test systems.  An adjustable pressure relief valve (50-175psi) protects system piping and components from over pressurization.

The Purge Pro Max circulates system water from an onboard storage tank, through the geothermal piping system to remove debris and air.  Once back in the tank, the water is filtered, and entrained air is released to atmosphere.  A float valve on the fill port maintains proper water level in tank if make-up is required.  Connection is usually made to the system in the mechanical room or in the vault.

The Purge Pro Max is a commercial flushing and purging system custom designed for geothermal applications.  "Max" provides geothermal installers the capabilities to flush and filter debris from the system, purge trapped air bubbles, reverse flow, hydrostatically pressure test, and flow test - all from one convenient unit.  The trailer-mounted, all-in-one design makes "Max" the most productive and convenient commercial purging system available to geothermal installers.  For pricing information or for more detailed specs, please contact us.

Filter bags are available in 100 and 50 micron sizes for filtering out the smallest of particles from system water.  The unique filter design allows for easy access to the filter for cleaning or replacement.  Cam locks quickly and easily seal the filter discharge to the return pipe.

Reversing flow is essential to fully purge air from the system.  With "Max", reversing is easily accomplished by simply opening and closing butterfly valves.  A conveniently located control panel contains the key start, throttle, choke, and engine tach/hour meter.  All necessary hoses, quick connect couplings, and pipe thread adapters are also stored onboard.
